This rare Japanese cultivar of Echeveria nodulosa is admired for its elongated rosettes of deep green leaves marked with vibrant pink to red streaks. In full sun, the foliage intensifies to rich purplish-red tones, making it a standout feature in any succulent collection. In the Western Cape, Echeveria ‘Benitsukasa’ produces delicate clusters of reddish-pink flowers in late spring to summer (October to January), adding seasonal charm to its already striking foliage. Compact and low-growing, it is perfect for pots, rock gardens, and water-wise landscapes. A bold yet easy-care succulent that brings colour, texture, and personality to your garden or patio.
Note: The colors can be highly variable depending on the season and growing conditions. The strong purple hue in some of our images is a common presentation for this specific cultivar

Plant & Care
Plant in well-drained, sandy soil and position in bright sun to semi-shade. Use the “soak and dry” watering method: water deeply, then allow soil to dry completely before watering again. Protect from frost and avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Remove spent flower stalks to encourage fresh growth.
